1. Who these terms are between

Jump SEO ("Jump SEO," "we," "us") is a product operated by Cloudsilicon Limited, a company based in Toronto, Ontario, Canada [insert registered business address]. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Jump SEO website, dashboard, and related services (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms on behalf of yourself and, if applicable, the business you represent ("you," "your").

2. The Service

Jump SEO provides automated technical SEO audits, AI-generated content, local SEO planning, competitor analysis, link-building prospect discovery and outreach drafting, search ranking data, and related lead-management tools, delivered through a web dashboard organized into "workspaces" for each site or client you manage.

We may add, change, or remove features at any time. We'll try to give reasonable notice of changes that materially reduce functionality you're actively paying for.

3. Accounts and workspaces

You're responsible for the accuracy of information you provide, for keeping your login credentials confidential, and for all activity that happens under your account. Enable two-factor authentication if you're handling client data. Notify us promptly at hello@jumpseo.ai if you suspect unauthorized access.

4. Subscriptions and billing

Paid plans are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually, as selected at signup) until cancelled. Prices are as displayed at checkout and may change with notice before your next renewal. See our Refund Policy for cancellation and refund terms.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to use Jump SEO to:

Generate or publish content that is illegal, defamatory, fraudulent, or infringes someone else's intellectual property;
Send outreach or marketing email in violation of Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL), the U.S. CAN-SPAM Act, or equivalent law in the recipient's jurisdiction — including sending to purchased or scraped lists without a legitimate basis for contact, or omitting accurate sender identification;
Direct the site-audit or competitor-analysis crawler at systems you don't have the right to crawl, or use it to probe, scan, or overload third-party infrastructure;
Attempt to reverse-engineer, resell, or white-label the Service without a separate written agreement with us;
Circumvent usage limits, security controls, or authentication.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this section, with or without notice depending on severity.

6. AI-generated content

Content, recommendations, and outreach drafts produced by Jump SEO are generated using third-party AI models and are provided "as-is." You're responsible for reviewing generated content for accuracy, appropriateness, and compliance with applicable law before publishing or sending it — including verifying factual claims, checking for unintended similarity to existing works, and confirming it fits your brand and jurisdiction. We don't guarantee any particular search ranking, traffic, or lead-generation outcome.

7. Outreach on your behalf

Where you use Jump SEO to send link-building or lead outreach email, you remain the sender of record and are responsible for the content, recipient list, and legal compliance of that outreach, including honoring unsubscribe/opt-out requests. We provide the tooling; we don't vet individual campaigns before they're sent unless you've asked us to.

8. Third-party connections

Jump SEO integrates with services you choose to connect, including Google Search Console, Zoho CRM, and your website's publishing platform. Connecting these is optional and governed by your agreement with that third party as well as these Terms. We're not responsible for the availability or behavior of third-party services.

9. Intellectual property

We own the Service, its underlying software, and our branding. As between you and us, you own the content generated for your workspace and the data you input, subject to the rights of any underlying AI provider and to your compliance with these Terms.

10. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement. We don't warrant that audits, generated content, or outreach will be error-free, or that use of the Service will result in improved rankings, traffic, or revenue.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cloudsilicon Limited will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost profits or lost data, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.

12. Termination

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. We may suspend or terminate your access for breach of these Terms, non-payment, or if required by law. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (ownership, disclaimers, liability limits) will survive.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

14. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We'll post the updated version here with a new "Last updated" date; material changes will be communicated by email where practical.
